La Masseria è circondata da oltre 5 ettari di proprietà in cui sono presenti un antico vigneto ed uno giovane, ulivi secolari e giovani, un orto, alberi di frutta, gelsi, fichi d'india e soprattutto alberi di fico (detto "culummu") che da il nome alla contrada (Colombo proviene da "Culummu"). In alcuni mesi dell'anno (ottobre, settembre) è possibile assistere alla raccolta delle olive o dell'uva, mentre negli altri mesi il nostro staff che garantisce la gestione della terra circostante potrà proporre, in base alla disponibilità, prodotti naturali del nostro orto.

The Masseria is surrounded by more than 5 hectares of property in which there are an ancient vineyard and a young one, secular and young olive trees, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, mulberries, prickly pears and especially fig trees (called "culummu") which gives the name to the district (Colombo comes from "Culummu"). In some months of the year (October, September) it is possible to assist in the harvesting of olives or grapes, while in the other months our staff that guarantees the management of the surrounding land will be able to propose, according to availability, natural products from our garden.
